Job Summary

Oversee Managers and Staff to provide property tax compliance, consulting, and appeal services for assigned clients. Lead the team in preparing annual property tax filings, reviewing appeal positions, and managing the appeal process, including enforcing policies, researching tax issues, and negotiating settlements related to assessment reduction. Schedule and lead status calls, client presentations, and hearings while ensuring timely collection of receivables and managing client billing. Supervise team performance, distribute workload, and actively participate in business development and cross-selling efforts. Maintain existing client relationships and focus on property tax management and minimization opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • University Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, Business Management or other degree
  • MBA, MST or JD
  • at least seven years property tax related experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research
  • work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
