Job Summary
Formulate and implement organizational and human resource strategies aligned with management goals, driving company-wide personnel planning and execution. Lead project teams to manage large-scale initiatives such as Group Organization Design and cross-functional collaborations with the General Planning Department. Execute special assignments providing decision-making support to resolve key management issues and strengthen organizational capabilities. Coordinate with global stakeholders across Japan and international entities to promote business process improvements and positive organizational changes.

- Experience managing consulting firms and large-scale projects
- Experience working in a global environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business level English skills
