Job Summary
Lead RELAY transitions for Stage 4 (Development to Construction) and Stage 6 (Construction to Operations), owning planning, coordination, and execution to ensure seamless handoffs and timely delivery. Drive cross-functional execution across Development, Construction, Operations, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to align deliverables with process expectations and project timelines. Facilitate stage gate readiness by ensuring documentation, risk assessments, and approvals are complete, while proactively resolving blockers to maintain momentum. Serve as the process owner for transition stages, championing adherence to RELAY standards, RASCI roles, and enterprise tools. Continuously improve the process by collaborating with the RELAY SteerCo to evaluate effectiveness and implement enhancements. Embody servant leadership by removing obstacles and fostering collaboration, while managing the lessons learned process to ensure captured insights drive sustainable change.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager
- Strong track record of leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes transitions and deliver results under tight timelines and evolving conditions
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple disciplines (e.g., Development, Construction, Operations, Finance, Legal) and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Deep understanding of stage-gate or portfolio management processes
- Experience with enterprise process frameworks (e.g., Mavim, Salesforce, Monday.com)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- A servant leadership mindset that is committed to enabling others, removing roadblocks, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and certified training in the role
