Senior Manager - Project Management

Own and lead large, complex, enterprise-wide programs with multiple interdependent projects, shaping program vision, success measures, and delivery strategy aligned to Haleon priorities. Drive portfolio prioritization, sequencing, and capacity planning in partnership with senior leadership while facilitating discovery workshops to define scope, benefits, milestones, and dependencies. Develop and baseline integrated program plans including timelines, resource models, and financials, then track progress rigorously against plan to proactively course-correct. Establish robust governance frameworks aligned with Global PMO standards, prepare high-quality content for executive reviews, and monitor budgets, benefits realization, and risks through formal change control. Anticipate and manage complex cross-functional risks, acting as the primary escalation point for delivery, resourcing, or decision bottlenecks. Build trusted relationships with Directors, VPs, and functional leaders globally to communicate progress, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly at the executive level. Coach, mentor, and develop Project & Program Managers within the team while championing standardized delivery methods and continuous improvement across the GCC.
