Job Summary

Lead enterprise project management CoE strategies, roadmaps, and operational improvement initiatives across a complex healthcare environment. Oversee service performance, governance, KPIs, SLAs, risk management, and executive reporting while developing software roadmaps, portfolio plans, and deployment strategies. Provide expert leadership in Planview portfolio and resource management, partnering with business, technology, and vendor teams to align service delivery with organizational objectives. Drive change management and process improvement efforts using data-driven analysis to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Coach teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Requires 9+ years of experience, Planview proficiency, and PMI/Agile knowledge. Travel up to 10%. Base pay range €71,300 - €118,800.

Required Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Software Delivery, or related technology leadership roles
  • 1+ years of experience managing multiple teams with independent roadmaps and objectives
  • Experience with developing enterprise IT project management standards, governance, KPIs, and SLAs
  • Expert-level proficiency with Planview for portfolio, resource, and strategic planning management
  • Knowledge of Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and Agile methodologies
  • Experience developing and executing software roadmaps, deployment plans, and strategic technology initiatives
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Travel up to 10% as business needs require
  • Position may be performed in a hybrid or office-based environment based on business requirements
  • Ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings and use standard business technology tools

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise portfolio management, PMO, or digital transformation programs
  • Familiarity with organizational Change Management principles and adoption frameworks
  • Strong background in process improvement, operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience managing large-scale service improvement programs and enterprise governance models
  • Exposure to regulated environments and compliance-driven service operations
  • Experience overseeing vendor relationships, technology investments, and budget planning
  • Advanced executive communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, RTE, SPC, Lean Six Sigma, or Planview certifications
