Job Summary
Lead the concept, planning, and successful implementation of SAP Group Reporting within the S/4HANA environment, defining consolidation processes and data models while collaborating with external consultants and internal IT specialists. Ensure timely preparation and publication of monthly, quarterly, and annual group accounts under IFRS and HGB standards, managing interim reviews to identify financial risks early. Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors, overseeing the group's internal control system. Manage a small international team, guiding individual development and fostering professional growth. This key role offers a path to lead the Group Reporting department following a probationary period.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen, Group Reporting oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Erfahrung in einem international agierenden Produktionsunternehmen
- Nachweisliche Projektleitungserfahrung in der Implementierung von Konsolidierungssoftware
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Eine hohe Zahlenaffinität

- Erfahrung in der Implementierung von SAP SEM-BCS, SAP BPC, Tagetik, Hyperion
