Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Project Delivery will lead the agile delivery function at FWD Group, ensuring consistent execution of strategic initiatives across various platforms. Responsibilities include driving agile transformation, managing delivery programs for four platforms, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation. The role requires deep knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Candidates should have significant experience in agile roles, particularly in strategic leadership, and a proven track record in agile transformation within complex environments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in agile roles with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record in leading agile transformations within complex, cross-functional environments
- Experience in scaled agile implementations and driving agile maturity
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, team dynamics, and Agile delivery metrics
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced agile certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICAgile Certified Expert preferred
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM II/III, A-CSM, or SAFe-related credentials are highly preferred
