Job Summary
Senior Manager, Programme Lead responsible for end-to-end delivery of business process improvement initiatives across the Group, from discovery to implementation and adoption. Key duties include leading discovery sessions with Finance and Supply Chain, translating pain points into defined IT and automation requirements, designing and piloting solutions, delivering system-specific training, and maintaining clear updates for senior leadership and the Board. The role requires strong stakeholder management (Finance, SCM, Board/C-suite), excellent written communication (SOPs, executive summaries), and leadership of a small specialist team. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and professional certifications (advantageous: ACCA, CIMA, CPA, APICS); 12–18 years of experience in Finance/Supply Chain transformation or ERP-related roles; familiarity with SAP/Oracle and process automation tools; experience with multi-entity organizations and communicating with C-suite audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, IT or related discipline
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, APICS) – advantageous
- Experience in Finance / Supply Chain transformation or ERP-related roles (12 to 18 years)
- Experience in complex, multi-entity organisations
- Proven experience presenting to and managing relationships with C-suite executives and Board or ExCo-level audiences
- Demonstrated ability to translate business process requirements into IT and system solutions — and to communicate those solutions back to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with process automation tooling that complements SAP or Oracle environments
