Job Summary
Senior Manager, Program Management leads cross-functional, multi-workstream programs within Worldwide Engineering for a medical device company. Responsibilities include defining and driving the program strategy and roadmap, governing scope/schedule/cost/quality and contractual commitments, translating ambiguous business needs into concrete deliverables, developing business cases with data and financial insights, spearheading PMO standardization and continuous improvement, monitoring program performance with data-driven insights, and mentoring project managers.
