Senior Manager, Professional Services

Senior Manager for Professional Services leads a team of architects and senior consultants delivering Omnissa technology to customers. Responsibilities include reservoir of leadership in team development, utilization management, and shaping a culture aligned with Omnissa values; overseeing sales-focused activities to nurture a backlog of contracted projects; drafting quotes and Statements of Work, and guiding scoping conversations with team support. You will forecast revenue, participate in sales alignment, monitor project delivery across 40–60 concurrent engagements, partner with project managers and customer leadership to bring projects back to health when off-track, and communicate insights to senior leadership. Technical fluency with the Omnissa stack (Unified Endpoint Management, Virtual Desktops and Apps, Digital Employee Experience, Security & Compliance) and familiarity with tools like Agiloft, Atlassian, Oracle, Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom is beneficial. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic collaboration with Sales, and ability to influence service offerings to drive customer value. Location is Remote-USA or Hybrid (Hybrid only if near Atlanta or Mountain View offices); travel none. Education requirement is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; compensation ranges between USD 175k–200k with potential bonuses; the company offers comprehensive benefits and promotes equal opportunity.
