Senior Manager - Production (OSD)

Lead overall production operations to ensure timely execution of commercial, scale-up, and validation batches as per approved schedules. Monitor daily production planning, line scheduling, and Plan vs. Actual performance to achieve business targets while optimizing manpower, equipment, and manufacturing area utilization. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for uninterrupted manufacturing and drive Quality Systems implementation including deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and investigations. Review and approve SOPs, Master Batch Records, and GMP documents to ensure compliance with cGMP, ALCOA+ principles, and data integrity programs. Maintain Inspection Readiness for regulatory audits and collaborate with Engineering on equipment upgrades and system validation. Ensure full compliance with EHS standards while maintaining high team morale.
