Senior Manager Production

Manage day-to-day operations across all shifts of a large manufacturing facility, overseeing staffing, development, and performance management programs for both operations staff and the management team. Drive improvements in overall operations performance by implementing production safety, cost, and quality control mechanisms while ensuring full compliance with regulatory guidelines. Lead problem-solving efforts to identify root causes, develop alternative resolution strategies, and capture lessons learned for standardizing processes. Direct staff on the setup and operation of production machinery for custom jobs, conduct needs analyses to determine skill gaps, and develop training programs for new equipment. Adjust performance objectives with associates, provide continuing feedback, and manage conflicting priorities to ensure daily objectives are met.
