Job Summary
Senior Manager Production leads day-to-day operations of all shifts at testing facilities, oversees staffing, development, and performance management for operations staff, and directs test operations to meet safety, scheduling, and performance requirements. Drives improvements in overall operations performance and implements production safety, cost, and quality control mechanisms while ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe manufacturing environment. Key skills include formal/informal training capability for safe operation of test machinery, problem solving, performance management, and planning/organizing resources and tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related majors
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operation, manufacturing engineering, engineering, with proven leadership experience in team management
