Job Summary
Oversee designated shift operations in the Prepared Foods Division, guiding the team through pre-shift stretches, workstation rotations, and ensuring all machinery passes USDA inspection before production begins. Maintain high production, quality, and yields while enforcing compliance with federal meat inspection, OSHA, and food safety standards. Lead a high-performing team by managing and evaluating production supervisors, conducting hiring and training, and providing counseling on personal and professional issues. Ensure accurate record keeping, determine manpower needs, and solve problems to meet production quality and metric goals. Work the 3rd shift with a base pay range of $102,000 to $170,000, including potential shift differentials and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years' related experience in manufacturing
- Must reside in the United States
- Must be capable of communicating well both verbally and in writing with all levels of Team Members from hourly to upper management as well as government officials
- Leader problem solver team player
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Desired Qualifications
