Job Summary
Define and own the platform product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy. Translate business and technical requirements into clear product requirements and user stories, then manage and prioritize the platform backlog to support Agile delivery across engineering teams. Lead the evolution of shared platform capabilities, including APIs, integrations, identity management, workflow orchestration, data services, and AI-enabled intelligent automation. Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Product teams to coordinate cross-team dependencies, manage delivery risks, and drive platform adoption throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline
- Minimum of five years' experience in Product Management within software, platform or enterprise technology environments
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver technical products and shared platform services
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, integrations and modern software development practices
- Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs and cross-functional priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing platform products, developer platforms or shared technology services
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies
- Experience supporting AI-enabled products, automation or intelligent services
- Experience working within enterprise software or regulated environments
- MBA or master's degree
