Job Summary
Lead a team of engineers to design, engineer, and coordinate execution of IAM related components for new service delivery, platform enablement, and cloud migrations across Azure, Office 365, AWS, and GCP. Partner with management to support product vision, create backlogs, and continuously re-prioritize user stories. Collaborate with engineering product owners, requestors, and release train engineers to identify, scope, and drive execution of work. Work with Enterprise Technology, Enterprise Security Risk Management, and LOB partners to manage IAM components, including getting requirements, defining solution options, and validating key decisions. Develop, document, and implement standardized design patterns across Application, Platform, and Infrastructure layers. Execute POCs and feasibility studies to validate next-gen product concepts and prototype solutions for new requirements.

- Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, information technology, or other relevant area
