Job Summary
Own the analytical frameworks, data mapping, and reconciliation controls required to maintain absolute institutional and regulatory confidence in migration outcomes. Lead delivery oversight of two critical streams: modern migration automation/tooling and proactive legacy data hygiene. Ensure customer, account, product, and transactional data is migrated accurately, completely, and repeatedly. Report directly to the Director of the Migration domain to drive organizational alignment. This role supports Capital One's mission to bring ingenuity and simplicity to banking through technology-driven product solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and a...

- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
