Job Summary
Senior Product Manager, Payments Fund Out at Western Union: Own end-to-end delivery of Payments Fund Out product initiatives, including requirements definition, development coordination, testing, launch, and post-release monitoring. Drive country rollouts and partner integrations, develop business cases, translate strategy into Epics/Features/Stories with acceptance criteria, manage the product backlog, and coordinate with Commercial, Engineering, QA, UAT, Operations, Compliance, and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality releases. Monitor product performance and customer experience, identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and integration repeatability, contribute to governance and standardisation across the Payments Fund Out product area, and support partner onboarding activities including technical assessments and go-live coordination. Requires strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills; experience in Agile and Waterfall environments; hybrid work model with minimum three days per week in the office.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant product management experience in financial services, payments or fintech
- Experience working with integrations across banking or regulated environments preferred
- Strong ability to analyse customer data, market trends, and industry insights to support product decisions
- Demonstrated experience building business cases and evaluating product and revenue opportunities
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with external partners and commercial, operational and technology teams
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall product delivery environments and managing complex stakeholder relationships
