Job Summary
Senior Manager: Product Management, Strategy & AI to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of internal AI products and capabilities. Responsibilities include portfolio and strategic initiative leadership, defining multi-horizon roadmaps, translating AI priorities into structured plans, partnering with senior stakeholders, monitoring KPIs, and embedding practitioner perspectives into roadmap prioritization. The role emphasizes end-user orientation, cross-functional collaboration, scalable operating models, and delivering cohesive narratives to executives. Hybrid work in Lisbon with in-office anchor days; collaboration across Product Strategy, Engineering, Design, Data, and consulting stakeholders; talent development and coaching of Product Managers.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, digital delivery, or technology-enabled transformation role – AI transformation is advantageous
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-team product or program portfolios
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic decision-making
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams
- Experience in professional services or similarly complex organizations is strongly preferred
