Senior Manager, Product Management - Solutions

Senior Manager, Product Management leading the AI & Industry Solutions group at Appian. You will define the Group's vision and strategy, manage the product portfolio backlog and roadmap, and lead a team of product managers to drive high-value software across Insurance, Board markets, and AI adoption. Responsibilities include aligning product strategy with engineering and quality, mentoring and developing a team, coordinating quarterly and annual planning, collaborating with customers, engineers, and business stakeholders, guiding the product lifecycle from ideation to release, conducting market analysis, and ensuring the business value of features. Requires deep understanding of the business process automation market, customer-centric vision, ability to balance big-picture thinking with execution detail, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. This role is based at Appian's headquarters in McLean, VA, with an in-office expectation of 5 days per week.
