Job Summary
Lead product management for engineering transformation and AI initiatives across Capital One's scaled, high-growth payments platform. Enable teams to achieve automated testing, continuous deployment, and AI-native development to drive a step change in new feature development and value creation. Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology leverage, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment. Required Qualifications
