Job Summary
Own the enterprise strategy and delivery for Capital One's AI coding tool portfolio, translating frontier AI capabilities into well-governed, developer-loved products. Reduce friction so more developers adopt AI-augmented workflows and scale AI code review to become the enterprise default. Ensure tools fully embed Capital One's standards and context while accelerating how the company builds software. Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive organizational alignment within the Developer Experience AI Coding Tools team.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Experience exploring, prototyping, or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools (such as Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, or Google Apps Script)
- Experience developing tools for CI/CD and DevOps
- Strong data fluency in SQL, metrics design, and data pipelines
