Job Summary
Own the product strategy for the Location CX suite, including Online Reputation Management and location-level insight engines that analyze customer interaction points. Coach and mentor a team of Product Managers and product scientists to define measurements and outcomes while integrating AI as the default workflow for prototyping, research synthesis, and test case generation. Drive clarity across platform, GTM, Ops, and legal teams to navigate tradeoffs and execute on scaling usage to frontline personas. Present product vision and metrics directly to executive leadership and serve as the primary champion for the Location product suite.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in product management
- Proven track record (>3 years) of directly managing, coaching, and developing other product managers
- 10+ total years of experience in product management
- Demonstrated ability to identify then execute product strategy end-to-end
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute organizational change
- Success in scaling, taking businesses and products from 1 → N
- Must be able to dive deep into all user personas within an organization
- Must be able to teach other teammates these nuances effectively and efficiently
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be able to hold the team accountable to clear outcomes
