Job Summary
Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and release lifecycle for Cloudera Hybrid Cloud, deploying CDP Base across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Manage strategic partnerships with cloud providers to integrate native services and infrastructure capabilities while owning requirements for hybrid connectivity, security, and data mobility. Drive capabilities around Open Datalakes and seamless data movement between on-premises environments and public clouds. Direct a team of Product Managers to prioritize roadmaps and execute rigorous release cycles, partnering with Engineering, PMO, and Field organizations for market enablement. Serve as a primary product representative to enterprise CIOs and Cloud Architects to validate roadmap priorities against large-scale cloud strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management
- minimum of 2 years directly managing or supervising Product Managers
- experience in cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise data platform sectors
- Deep technical understanding of VM-based public cloud deployments (IaaS/PaaS)
- experience across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Hands-on familiarity with cloud object storage architectures (S3, ADLS, GCS)
- familiarity with hybrid networking/interconnectivity
- familiarity with identity management
- familiarity with remote authorization
- familiarity with cloud security frameworks
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end launch cycles for complex infrastructure or cloud software products
- tight coordination with Engineering and PMO teams
- Strong foundational understanding of open datalakes
- understanding of data movement
- understanding of enterprise data governance
- understanding of big data architecture
- B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- or equivalent practical experience
