Job Summary
Lead the mission to connect Capital One enterprise employees with simple, digitally enriched experiences designed to enhance the associate experience. Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business-focused execution, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership across cross-functional teams. Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks, translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field or four years of product management experience. Candidates will work in Chicago, McLean, New York, or Richmond, earning a competitive salary range of $149,800 to $249,900.
