Job Summary
Senior Manager, Product (Japan) leads the strategy and end-to-end lifecycle for Clover's restaurant technology offerings, shaping the vision for digital ordering, table management, and payments; manages cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, marketers, engineers), mentors staff, drives market research and customer insights, and defines a roadmap aligned with market demands and strategic priorities to deliver high-quality restaurant technology solutions in collaboration with engineering and design.
Required Qualifications
- 13+ years in product management
- 8+ years in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field and/or equivalent military experience
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations, technology trends, and customer preferences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to drive product innovation and business growth
