- MBA and a Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, STEM, or a highly analytical field
- Deep understanding of competitive dynamics and the broader industry landscape
- Proven ability to build, refine, and maintain sophisticated financial models
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence and skill to present effectively and communicate with Senior Leadership
