Senior Manager, Product Engineer

Lead the Module Product Engineering function from NPI through high-volume production, managing qualified Product Engineers and Embedded PE Leads based on program needs and technical complexity. Define and maintain standards for product readiness, manufacturability, and yield analysis while establishing governance for decisions affecting quality, cost, and production release readiness. Drive cross-functional alignment across Design, Test, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Management to enable scalable module execution and ensure robust manufacturability across OSAT and internal sites. Own workforce planning, hiring, skill development, succession planning, and performance management for the module PE team. Lead executive-level escalation for major yield excursions, qualification issues, and corrective actions, translating team needs into staffing and process requirements for broader organizations.
