Job Summary
Lead product development management for wellness products (Quaryl and acrylic), driving the lifecycle from concept through launch. Shape and contribute to the strategic product roadmap, prioritize initiatives and features based on customer needs, market demand, and company goals. Direct a team to ensure products meet objectives and customer requirements, develop product specifications, oversee prototyping and testing, and lead product launches. Serve as the interface between Production, Product Marketing, and suppliers, coordinating cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions. Requires HBO-level engineering education, at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong project management, and creativity. Proficient in English and Dutch; German a plus, with up to 20% international travel. Think outside the box with us.
Required Qualifications
- HBO-diploma in Plastic, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar function
- Excellent project management skills
- Very good English and Dutch language skills; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of working time
- Ability to work cross-functionally and independently with goal-oriented, result-driven approach
