Job Summary
Senior Manager leads product development for SharkNinja's drinkware lines, driving day-to-day business management, product improvements, and profitable programs. Responsibilities include conducting user research, defining and iterating product specifications, analyzing sales performance, identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio, leading competitive analyses, conveying consumer insights to cross-functional teams, and partnering with Engineering, Marketing, and QA to ensure quality and timely delivery. Requires 7+ years in product development/marketing or related fields, and a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience); strong communication and project management skills; consumer-first mindset. Location-based role based in Needham, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a combination of the above
- 7+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to host succinct, effective presentations to all levels of management
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to translate consumer needs into product requirements
