Job Summary
Lead design across Explore, Live, and Map, setting craft direction and vision; manage a team of 4 designers distributed across London, Chamonix, and Berlin; partner with PM and Engineering to shape product direction early; lead design reviews and establish quality standards; contribute to Strava’s design system and culture; represent the London design perspective in senior forums; work in a flexible hybrid model with more than half on-site in the London office.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading Product Design at a senior manager level (or equivalent)
- Ability to set and articulate a clear design vision
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with PM and Engineering
- Experience designing for consumer products at meaningful scale
- Comfortable leading a distributed team across multiple European locations (London, Chamonix, Berlin)
- Based in London or actively relocating
