Job Summary
Co-create innovative solutions to complex problems by driving product strategy and shaping direction across the portfolio. Lead a high-performing design team by setting goals aligned with broader business strategy, managing stakeholders, and removing barriers to enable designers to reach their potential. Oversee and optimize design systems and tools while developing artifacts including vision stories, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes. Advocate for human-centered methodologies that integrate data, research insights, and design expertise to solve problems across the portfolio. Engage partner expertise from product, tech, and business leaders to deliver bold, innovative solutions that build the brand with humanity.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- At least 2 years of experience in a people leadership role
Desired Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 8 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience working with and contributing to an established design system
- Experience collaborating with product, tech and business leaders
- Experience leading design projects or teams
- Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces
