Job Summary
Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy while aligning product goals with business objectives. Oversee the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps and manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all products. Oversee a team of product owners and product managers to ensure cohesive product development and alignment of team activities to the overall product strategy. Communicate team progress to senior leadership and act as a liaison between product and other departments. Manage the product development lifecycle and ensure timely quality delivery of product features.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 10-13 years experience in product management, or related field such as business analysis or project management
- 3+ years leadership experience
- Minimum Qualifications
- You must be work authorized in the United States on a full time basis without the need for any sponsorship now or in the future from any employer or organization
- The Company cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders
- Ability to travel up to 10% annually
- 3 to 4 days per month are required in office if within 60 miles of a posted Bread Financial location

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Information Technology or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
- 13+ years experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Information Technology, financial services, payment, or online and mobile platforms
- Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, while leading product teams through successful product delivery and execution
- Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, or agent-based capabilities to enhance product management, product delivery, customer experiences, or business outcomes
- Experience supporting credit card, debit card, lending, or payments products, including knowledge of payment networks, NACHA guidelines, and digital self-service experiences
