Job Summary
Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for a defined healthcare product portfolio, balancing near-term delivery with long-term strategic bets. Lead product discovery by synthesizing customer research, usage data, and market signals to articulate problem statements and value hypotheses. Drive end-to-end product ownership from conception through post-launch optimization, defining success metrics and managing dependencies across engineering, design, and sales teams. Mentor product managers and act as the single-threaded owner for product decisions within the area of responsibility. Anticipate industry and regulatory shifts in the US healthcare ecosystem to translate them into product direction and investment choices.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, with ownership of complex, customer‐facing products
- Proven experience owning product strategy, discovery, and delivery end‐to‐end
- Strong ability to work in ambiguous, cross‐functional environments and drive clarity
- Excellent communication skills—able to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working with Agile / Lean product development teams
- Experience in US healthcare, healthcare IT, SaaS platforms, or regulated domains
- Must be able to use your camera for all virtual meetings
Desired Qualifications
- Strong data literacy and comfort using metrics to drive decisions
- Experience in building AI native products
- Product innovation experience (0-1)
- Experience working with global or distributed teams
- Familiarity with Clinical data analysis, provider, payer, clearinghouse, or API‐driven ecosystems
