Job Summary
Senior Manager – Product Architect to lead the global digital factory product architecture. Responsible for designing cloud-native, multi-region architectures that support localization needs while maintaining a unified global core. Collaborates with IT & business leaders, Product Management, and software engineering leads across time zones to transform market needs into scalable blueprints. Oversees modernization efforts from legacy monoliths to microservices where appropriate; defines architectural patterns, API standards, and security protocols. Mentors regional leads, manages vendor selections for AI/ML integrations, and communicates trade-offs to executives. Requires deep experience with .NET stack (C# / .NET), Azure services, VB6/Excel VBA, Oracle DB, SQL Server, CI/CD via Azure DevOps, and knowledge of GDPR/CCPA/PIPL. Knowledge of MES or Digital Factory integrations, and experience with global regulatory landscapes and multi-quarter migration roadmaps. Ideal candidates will have 12–14 years of relevant experience, 5+ years in architectural leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in software engineering
- at least 5 years in a principal or architectural leadership role for a global SaaS product
- Mastery of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or Digital Factory integration
- strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and PIPL regulatory landscapes
- 12 to 14 years of relevant experience (as per typical experience note)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- ability to read/interpret VB6 code and Excel VBA/Macros
- experience with on-premise/cloud migration strategies
- strong data modeling and cloud architecture design experience
- experience with Agile/Scrum project management
- global/remote-first collaboration experience
- ability to lead multi-region architecture and migration roadmaps
- vendor management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- experience with AI/ML integrations and large-scale deployments
- excellent architectural diplomacy and communication skills
