Job Summary
Senior Manager, Product Analytics & Data Engineering to lead analytics strategy for Pagero product and manage a team of analysts and data engineers. Defines analytics priorities, develops team capabilities, and contributes to analysis, data pipeline development, and insight delivery. Evaluates data infrastructure options, tests assumptions, and recommends architecture for a regulated transaction environment. Improves product instrumentation to increase visibility into customer experience, health, network growth, and product prioritization. Applies AI-assisted tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, MCP-based workflows) in day-to-day analytics and engineering work. In the first 100 days, align team priorities and establish ownership and transition paths with analytics leaders. Lead people, manage stakeholders, and translate complex findings into decision-ready narratives for product, engineering, and senior leadership. About you: 7+ years in product analytics or data engineering, with at least 3 years leading teams; strong technical foundation in data engineering and product analytics; SQL and at least one pipeline language (Python, dbt); cloud data platforms; experience with data residency/privacy (GDPR/CCPA); hands-on AI tooling experience; familiarity with product analytics platforms (Pendo, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics); strong communication skills; nice-to-have: post-acquisition experience, knowledge of e-invoicing/VAT/B2B. Hybrid work model with 2-3 days in the office, flexible work policies including up to 8 weeks remote per year.
