Job Summary
Own and evolve StackAdapt's procurement strategy, policies, and governance frameworks to ensure vendor selection and purchasing decisions are efficient and scalable. Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFPs and complex vendor negotiations, while securing competitive pricing and mitigating business risk. Oversee the full vendor lifecycle by partnering with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders to manage contracts and strengthen relationships. Analyze company-wide spend to identify cost savings and vendor consolidation opportunities, tracking performance against budgets and KPIs. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement workflows and systems to create a more efficient purchasing experience. Build trusted relationships with leaders across Finance, Legal, IT, and other business functions to align priorities and deliver strategic value. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Procurement team by setting priorities and creating opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management within a high-growth tech company
- experience leading and developing teams
- significant experience negotiating SaaS, software, cloud infrastructure, and professional services agreements
- Proven success negotiating complex vendor agreements
- managing contracts end-to-end
- driving strategic sourcing initiatives
- Experience building or scaling procurement processes within a fast-growing technology organization
- track record of driving operational improvements
- increasing organizational efficiency
- Hands-on experience implementing, optimizing, or administering procurement technology and P2P systems
- familiarity with ERP platforms such as NetSuite
