Senior Manager, Procurement Operations

Job Summary
Establish department objectives, operational policies, and performance expectations aligned with business priorities. Own end-to-end purchasing process execution, governance, and supplier delivery commitments while managing regional workload balancing. Lead managers and supervisors to ensure effective resource deployment and consistent execution of standardized buying processes. Drive enterprise initiatives improving procurement efficiency, automation, and data quality, while overseeing performance against key metrics. Maintain master data accuracy and advise senior leaders on supplier risk, capacity constraints, and operational readiness. Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Engineering leadership to support enterprise objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of increasing managerial experience
- Significant leadership experience within procurement, purchasing, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing organizations
- Proven success leading multiple teams, disciplines, or organizational functions through subordinate leaders
- Experience establishing operational objectives, governance structures, performance management systems, and continuous improvement programs
- Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen with experience managing budgets, resources, and operational tradeoffs
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive results across multiple functional areas
- Excellent communication, organizational leadership, and change-management skills
