Job Summary
Senior Manager, Procurement – APAC Performance leads procurement performance management for ISC and APAC, establishing a standardized framework for KPIs and value drivers, owning governance and reporting cadences, and delivering data-driven insights to procurement and OU leadership. Responsibilities include driving value-delivery governance (productivity, cash improvement, innovation), partnering with Finance/Legal/HR and OUs to align programs, leading regular performance reviews, building analytics from spend and supplier data, and ensuring transparency and accountability across teams. The role requires stakeholder management, executive communication, and the ability to influence across functions, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and leading performance insights for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategy, transformation, or program management
- Strong expertise in procurement processes across the source-to-pay lifecycle and best practices
- Proven experience in program governance, performance management frameworks, and value delivery tracking
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions
- Experience managing large-scale projects and end-to-end service/operations delivery
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills (business cases, senior-level storytelling)
- High proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Preferred Skills: Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPIM, PMP)
- Experience operating in matrix/global environments with cross-functional teams
- Ability to balance strategic and operational delivery effectively
- Proven leadership capability, including influencing without authority and driving transformation
- Strong problem-solving skills with high learning agility and ability to work with ambiguity
- Experience working under high-pressure, deadline-driven conditions
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team capability
