Job Summary
Senior Manager, Procurement leads a team of Buyers overseeing Direct and Indirect procurement to support Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Facilities through cradle-to-grave order management and supplier management. Responsibilities include negotiating terms and MSAs, driving cost reduction, tracking KPI-driven performance, ensuring timely delivery to development programs and production, managing procurement master data in ERP, and supporting annual audits. Role requires coaching and mentoring of the procurement team, data-driven supplier analysis, and collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, receiving, finance, and accounting to meet strategic sourcing objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related disciplines required
- 5+ years of supply chain experience in progressive roles
- Experience with technical procurement
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to read drawings and blueprints
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
- Familiarity with leading ERP systems
- US Person Status is required
