Job Summary
Senior Manager, Procure-to-Pay Operations oversees end-to-end P2P including Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense reimbursements, travel administration, and procurement operations such as vendor/PO management. Responsible for AP processing, invoice workflows in Coupa, 1099 compliance, corporate card programs, T&E policy adherence, Navan travel program administration, vendor master data and PO lifecycle, month-end close support in NetSuite/FloQast, and driving internal controls and process automation. Leads a team of 2 Accounts Payable Specialists, mentors staff, and ensures accuracy, timely processing, and strong controls across AP, T&E, and procurement to support accurate financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years experience in accounts payable, procurement operations, and/or P2P with direct supervision experience
- Strong working knowledge of P2P processes and controls
- Experience with Coupa, Navan, NetSuite, FloQast or comparable tools
