Job Summary
Lead the Project Engineering team supporting the LPT North America portfolio, partnering with the Director of Engineering to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to scope. Supervise, coach, and mentor Project and Process Engineers while conducting resource planning, staffing forecasts, and performance evaluations. Provide direct project support to resolve execution challenges, oversee technical reviews, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety policies. Manage pre-sales activities by reviewing engineering hours, installation specifications, and contractor coordination. Improve engineering efficiency through standardized methods and promote knowledge sharing across the team. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years of experience. 25% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food Science, or related field)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering and/or project management
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard engineering tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in process engineering, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and/or structural engineering
- Project management and engineering experience within the Chemical or Pharmaceutical industries
