Job Summary
Senior Manager, JLL Business Services, responsible for supporting the Process Architecture capability, including building/process framework, modelling, tooling, governance, and deriving process insights. Leads projects or programs developed from AI-driven insights, overseeing them through to completion. Requires a strong process mindset, Lean Six Sigma, and PM experience, plus proficiency with process-mmapping tools (Visio, Blueworks Live, ARIS, Signavio) and the ability to document, analyze, and transform business processes. Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential; experience in large, multi-function environments and exposure to global real estate operations is preferred. Location: Hyderabad, India; on-site role with 40-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- Experience 12-15 years with at least 5 years in process analysis, project management, transformation and related domain
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management
- Proficiency in documenting and analysing business processes; process mapping tools (MS Visio, IBM Blueworks Live, ARIS, Signavio)
- Understanding of business process flows and architecture
- Communication skills across all levels; facilitation, negotiation and influencing abilities
- Exposure to global real estate operations preferred but not essential
- Ability to influence and work in a collaborative environment
- AI-based prompting techniques for generating process insights and transforming them into deliverables
