Job Summary
Senior Manager, Private Capital role responsible for growing and diversifying the investor base, managing investor relationships, and capital raising for new and existing products. You will pitch to High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices, Investment Advisers, Asset Consultants, Researchers, Charities and Endowments; negotiate commercial terms; contribute to marketing collateral; identify sales opportunities; initiate and follow up on business opportunities; raise awareness of the Dexus platform and products; collaborate with product development on new products and joint ventures across real estate and infrastructure; work within a hybrid model (home and offices) in Australia, with emphasis on Sydney.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within funds management, strategy / banking / corporate development, or distribution
- Existing industry and investor contacts within the real estate and infrastructure sectors
- Experience in Private Capital investment including a client focussed approach to investment solutions and recommendations
- Proven track record of delivering a range of projects from conception to completion achieving the project goals
- Familiarity with the real estate and/or infrastructure funds management sector with an ability to discuss key economic and market trends in the context of Dexus products and opportunities
