Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end marketing strategy for the firm, including annual planning, brand management, and integrated campaigns across social, earned, and paid media. Manage media relations to secure thought leadership placements, coordinate global leadership visits, and oversee content production and digital workflows enhanced by proprietary AI tools. Lead new business growth by facilitating case studies, pitch support, and quarterly reviews while maintaining internal communications and fiscal budget control. Direct team performance through delegation, development planning, and training.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream or professional qualification in the field of public relations or marketing communication
- 6-7 years of work experience of handling media relations in a PR agency
- significant network of connections with media outlets, reporters, etc.
- strong familiarity with how Generative AI tools are used across communications programmes, especially in planning, research, ideation, content creation, and daily operations to drive relevance and efficiency
