Job Summary
Senior Manager, Portfolio Strategy & Business Cycle Execution leads end-to-end orchestration of portfolio strategy within the enterprise business cycle for multiple markets. Defines, sequences, and finalizes strategic decisions on time to enable annual regulatory filings and downstream operational execution, and serves as the central integrator between strategy and execution with governance across portfolio planning, decision-making, and cross-functional dependencies. Drives portfolio strategy intake governance, maintains a single source of truth for strategy and initiative ownership, leads cross-functional prioritization aligned to enterprise priorities and regulatory timelines, and ensures transparency and accountability through stage gates, decision calendars, and timely inputs to downstream teams. Requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and execution discipline; experience translating strategy into actionable plans and managing risks and dependencies; travel up to 10% and a BA/BS with MBA or healthcare-focused advanced degree preferred. The role is remote with residence in Dallas, TX, with potential hybrid adaptation; base pay range $134,136–$176,053 plus benefits and incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or strategy operations
- Experience managing large-scale, interdependent initiatives tied to critical timelines (e.g., regulatory, product launches, or enterprise transformations)
- Strong experience in governance, roadmap planning, and executive-level communication
- Demonstrated ability to drive decision-making and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with dependency management across Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
