Job Summary
Senior Manager, Portfolio Strategy & Business Cycle Execution drives end-to-end orchestration of portfolio strategy within the enterprise business cycle for multiple markets, defining and sequencing strategic decisions to enable timely regulatory filings and downstream execution. Acts as the central integrator between strategy and execution, providing governance, visibility, and structure across portfolio planning, decision-making, and cross-functional dependencies; partners with local markets, cross-functional teams, and leadership to align initiatives with enterprise priorities and regulatory timelines; owns intake governance, maintains the single source of truth for initiative scope and status, and ensures on-time decisions through a defined calendar. The role requires collaboration with Product, Network, Finance, Tech, Ops, Compliance, and other stakeholders, with hybrid work arrangements in Tempe, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or strategy operations
- experience managing large-scale, interdependent initiatives with critical timelines (regulatory, product launches, or enterprise transformations)
- strong governance, roadmap planning, and executive-level communication
- demonstrated ability to drive decision-making and influence senior stakeholders
- experience with dependency management across Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate strategy into execution
- BA/BS Degree
- Masters in Business Administration or healthcare related field(s) preferred
