Senior Manager, Portfolio Delivery & Strategy (Enterprise Platforms Technology)

Lead delivery of the EPTech Top of House portfolio by providing strategic direction to teams and coordinating ETB creation and execution. Define intake processes, scope work, and facilitate tower-level prioritization and capacity management while driving OKR reviews. Leverage AI and modern tooling to automate routine processes, optimize reporting, and enhance data-driven decision-making across the delivery ecosystem. Champion a risk-aware culture by proactively managing risks and ensuring security and compliance are integrated into the delivery lifecycle. Establish robust governance through cross-workstream alignment, dependency facilitation, and Quarterly PI Planning readouts. Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive sponsors to drive seamless, value-driven delivery across the organization.
