Job Summary
Shape Agentic AI product direction and lead a team of 10 software engineers in the OCI India Development Center. Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, reliable software services while establishing engineering best practices and operational excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, architects, cloud operations, and security teams to define technical strategy and execute iterative delivery. Provide strategic guidance on architecture, scalability, and performance, managing project priorities and stakeholder communication to ensure system reliability at scale.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 4+ years of engineering management experience
- Experience designing or integrating AI/ML-powered features into production systems
- Proven ability to define and execute technical strategy for a team, aligning engineering efforts with product goals and organizational priorities
- Experience leading teams through complex technical and organizational challenges, including cross-team collaboration and dependency management
- Strong technical foundation, with the ability to guide architectural decisions, evaluate system tradeoffs, and maintain high standards of software quality
- Proven track record of building and scaling engineering organizations in high-growth or ambiguous environments
