Job Summary
Lead Production Services and Platform Support teams responsible for application stability, service reliability, incident response, and resiliency. Translate executive strategy into actionable roadmaps, driving timely execution across complex initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, and automation. Build and mature SRE practices, including service health measurement, observability, and continuous improvement, while leading vulnerability management execution to accelerate remediation and reduce technology risk. Drive adoption of automation and Agentic AI to enhance service restoration and engineering productivity, ensuring production readiness across cloud, container, and emerging technology environments. Identify risks and blockers early, then lead resolution with urgency and ownership to maintain focus on execution and service stability.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Information Security Engineering experience
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale Production Services, Platform Support, Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure, or enterprise technology teams
- Strong background in application support, service reliability, incident response, resiliency, vulnerability management, automation, cloud, containers, and modern engineering practices
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver results in a complex, highly matrixed enterprise environment
- Strong team leadership skills with experience developing talent, building accountability, improving team performance, and leading through change
- Excellent ability to organize work, manage dependencies, drive timelines, communicate status, and ensure follow-through across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues, present clear options, and drive decisions
- Proven experience leading engineers and large technical organizations through transformation and change
- Experience driving adoption of automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and modern engineering practices
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and technology partners
- Proven experience running critical production, platform, or security engineering organizations
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational execution
- Strong talent leadership skills with a track record of change management while leading and retaining high-performing teams
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
